型立式升降臺(tái)銑床是改進(jìn)型通用產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品操作方便，性能可靠。適用于各類機(jī)械加工部門，加工各種平面、溝槽、齒輪等。
l 縱、橫向的絲杠采用T型絲杠，垂向的絲杠采用滾珠絲杠，工作臺(tái)精度高；床身采用方導(dǎo)軌，剛性好。
l 工作臺(tái)縱向采用新的夾緊方式，消除了夾緊變形。
l 主軸前部采用31系列軸承，精度高、溫升低；進(jìn)給有過(guò)載保護(hù)機(jī)構(gòu)，安全可靠。
Knee type vertical milling machine model XD5032A is general purposed product. The machine features easy operation and high stability. These machines are widely suited for flat surfaces, grooves and gear in various mechanical machining sectors. Ball screws are employed fro longitudinal, cross and vertical movements, so the movement of the table possesses high accuracy and operation of the table is convenient and dexterous. Square guideway is adopted on the column, so the machine possesses adequate rigidity.
l New clamping method is adopted to eliminate clamping deformation.
l The bearing of series 31 is employed in the front of the spindle, and possesses high accuracy, low temperature rising. There is overload protection device, which ensures safety and reliability in the feed system.
